CRUISERS • Not many cruisers have been preserved as American naval memorials, but here we have three dating from 1895-1947
SUBMARINES • Across the United States the most numerous type of warship to be found preserved as memorials are submarines with twenty-eight around the country including one of the earliest examples from the American Civil War
AUXILIARIES • From Liberty ships to tugs, landing craft and hydrofoils the United States have numerous unusual smaller naval vessels in preservation.
